La carrière professionnelle de TITUS est jalonnée d'importantes rencontres : Sister Rosetta Thorpe, Luther Allison, Al Green, Tyrone Davis, Bobby Womack, Wane Bennett, Tom Tom, Curtis Mayfield, Ruben Philips, James Brown, The Temptations, The Jacksons, Al Jarro, Esther Philips, Sweet Honey in the Rock,...

Il a joué avec The Esquires, The Drifters, John Littleton, Greg Hunter, Champion Jack Dupree, Mickey Baker, Lucky Peterson, Lavelle, Melvin Taylor, Jerome Van Jones, Liz McComb, Edwin Hawkins, U.S.A.

Born and raised in the United States, TITUS is an author, poet, singer, and musician, who composes with passion traditional gospel songs inspirited with new contemporary sounds still never to betray African American sacred music.

TITUS was deeply inspired by his father, the Reverend O. W. Williams. A  Minister Nazoraean (Baptist) from Louisianna who also preached in Mississippi and Chicago and then after settled down in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He descended from his father the Reverend Joshua Williams and so Titus perpetuates the family line by preaching and singing Spirituals and Gospel songs.

His profession  has humble beginnings at the age of 6 years old in his father's church, the Unity Missionary Nazoraean (Baptist) Church of America where he started singing solo and at the age of 14 years old he was an accomplished singer and guitar player. In 1975 he started traveling the United States with famous artists of the record labels Motown, Atlantic, and Stax.

The professional carreer of TITUS is punctuated with important artist meetings : Mahalia Jackson, Sister Rosetta Thorpe, Luther Allison, Al Green, Tyrone Davis, Bobby Womack, Wane Bennett, Tom Tom 94, Curtis Mayfield, Ruben Philips, James Brown, The Temptations, The Jackson 5, Al Jarro, Esther Philips, Sweet Honey in the Rock...

He has performed with The Esquires, Vic Pitts, The Drifters, John Littleton, Greg Hunter, Champion Jack Dupree, Mickey Baker, Lucky Peterson, Lavelle, Melvin Taylor, Jerome Van Jones, Liz McComb, Edwin Hawkins, USA Mass Gospel Choir, and many others.

He discovered Africa and his roots on African tours playing guitar and bass with Myriam Makeba. He meet the stars of the avant garde of American Jazz and Blues with whom he recorded different albums.

He founded in Europe the very 1st all African American Gospel choir: THE USA MASS GOSPEL CHOIR. He then spear-headed making known the tradition of Gospel music in France by inspiring to bring famous Chicago Gospel artists to perform in Paris.

Nourished with his multicultural musical experiences he recorded a mini-album solo : UNITY MISSION and started performing in big places like the Palais Des Congres De Paris, a historical event which brought together on the same stage the Red Army Choir and TITUS (with Liz McComb) and one of his favorite West Indian gospel choirs, which he held musical direction (The Gospel Chords Singers). That concert was organized by Amnesty International.

THE USA MASS GOSPEL CHOIR and TITUS performed for the Ethiopian Orphans Day with Barbara Hendrix.

TITUS and THE U.S.A. MASS GOSPEL CHOIR received the Louis Armstrong Award of Excellence from the hands of Professor Marcellin Ajavan, at the very 1st International Gospel Festival of Paris, for the promotion of Gospel music in Europe.

With his choir of African Americans from all corners of the United States,  who were all artists of great talent, shocking singers and musicians (THE USA MASS GOSPEL CHOIR), criss-crossed Europe and France in particular, and TITUS is the very first American to perform Gospel music in the churches and theaters of France.

more than 30,000 people came to the festival 'Paris Quartier d'Eté' to cheer this great artist who's generous charisma transports us to the country of cotton fields.

TITUS blends in Jazz, Classical, Blues, R&B, Funk, and even Rap, to demontrate that Gospel is a music resolutely modern.
